Co-sponsored by: IEEE Seattle section The world’s citizens now enjoy automation, access to near instantaneous information and personal connections unpredicted three decades ago. There are millions of web applications through newly developed mass media, cloud, artificial intelligence, signal processing, satellite and software-defined networks, radios, and spectrums are now residing on billions of cyber-driven smartphones, computers, cameras, IoTs, devices, and tools that are used daily by billions of people. Safeguarding Cybersecurity becomes harder and intense as breaches are pervasive and complex. Over 85% of organizations surveyed admitted that they had experienced Cyber-attacks. The cybercrimes have cost the world over $500 billion in 2018.
