During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to meet their Co-Chairs, confirm their speaker or volunteer engagement, and receive their role assignments for both the planning phase and the event days. You are encouraged to join in person (recommended) for the best collaboration experience. If in-person attendance is not possible, virtual participation is also available. Please contact your Co-Chairs in advance if you are unable to attend, so your role and participation can be confirmed.
