The Agile Leader

The goal of this session is to help Agile leaders take their teams to a higher level. Areas and tools covered include: improving team and personal communication skills with methods such as Johari’s window, using situational leadership to optimize team effectiveness, and how to set SMART goals for team member evaluations. We will also discuss Results Oriented Work Environments (ROWE) and the pros and cons of teams that work from home.
As a bonus we will review common techniques for helping teams to improve their project processes with tools such as Pareto analysis, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
